How can I see my design before printing?
Absolutely! You can request a proof in the ‘Notes’ section or by checking the box to indicate that you’d like one. You’re welcome to email us at shop@printingbypennylane.com with your proof request. After sending it over, we’ll allow up to 2 business days for approval. If we don’t hear back from you, we’ll assume everything looks good and proceed with printing. Make sure to check your spam folder, just in case.
How long does printing take?
We generally say 3-5 days for printing, often time’s it is on the shorter end of that but we have no guarantees.
What are the envelope options with card orders?
We have four A7 envelope options for our white envelopes:
What is “upload your own design”?
The upload your own design options are for if you created/purchased a file (preferably PDF) and just need it printed. They will be printed just as you sent it at the size of the product you ordered (8.5”x11”, 5”x7”, etc). Often times for flyers and cards, these are available on regular white paper or thicker card stock.
What are the shipping options & timelines?
For regular shipping, it is 2-4 day USPS shipping, expedited shipping is 1-2 day USPS shipping depending on what is available. With sample shipping, allow up to 5-7 days.
